After this long time away from our Tuesday night sits at MultiFaith Centre near Finnerty Gardens on campus at UVic, we will be returning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please join us for our sit beginning at 7:00 p.m. on September 21, 2021. We provide all props required to find the position best suited to your body. Let\u2019s support each other in reinvigorating our meditation practice or perhaps just dropping in to try something new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
